Terms Of Service – QTN Global Services

01 Use Of Web Site Information

This website contains material that is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website. Unauthorized use of this website may give a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

02 For Employees

There are some terms and conditions for the marketing team and as well as technical team, which have to be agreed by them to become an employee of soft-hunters.

  • We purely believe in results, not in efforts.
  • The marketing staff has to report to the office, not after 9.15 A.M.
  • Any team member can have 2 leaves in a month; if more than 2 leaves will be there then no salary will be given for those leaves.
  • If without any information, any team member will be absent for more than 3 days, then he will be terminated immediately without any notice.
  • Softhunters has full rights of terminating any employee if he/she is not performing as per the commitments.
  • If any team member wants to leave the job then he/she has to inform us in writing at least 45 days before leaving the job.

03 Pricing

Pricing for the products, services, and resources is shared with the Client and differs from client to client. Details on pricing are mentioned in the order agreement signed by the client.

04 Restricted Reuse Of Service

You hereby acknowledge that you will not reproduce, sell, resell, duplicate, or copy any part of the service for any commercial purpose.

05 Cancellation Of Order

During the processing of your order or delivery, if the order placed doesn’t fulfill these Terms and Conditions of Service, QTN Global Services reserves the right to cancel the order. You will be notified about the action.

06 Delivery Of Order

QTN Global Services is committed to delivering your order within the specified time period. In case of delays in delivery due to unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons, QTN Global Services shall not be held responsible.

07 Change In Terms And Conditions

QTN Global Services reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions of service for any reason by giving the user reasonable notice on our website and or via email. Such modifications or amendments will be effective once the notice is served.

08 Security

Any password and/or secret codes used for using services provided by QTN Global Services are for your personal use and you are requested not to share these passwords and/or security codes with anybody else. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep these passwords and/or security codes confidential and you will be responsible for any act and/or statements originating from the misuse of these passwords and/or security codes. You agree to inform QTN Global Services. in the event of loss or theft of these passwords and/or security codes or misuse in any manner.

QTN Global Services may suspend or cease the operation of the website for any reason with or without giving any prior notice QTN Global Services reserves the right to change the content on the website, and/or suspend or change the product or service offered by the website. You agree that in any mentioned case, you will use the website at your own risk and QTN Global Services is not responsible for any loss or damage.

10 Refunds

QTN Global Services as a policy does not consider refunds. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service(s) offered, please contact our customer care at https://www.qtnglobalservices.com/contact within two weeks of order completion.
